PLDT, Smart, and Globe have announced longer deadlines for bill payments to help ease the financial burden of their customers during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Globe said that they will be providing a 30-day extension for payment of postpaid mobile and broadband bills.

“…we have given a 60-day credit extension or at least 2 months of unpaid bills,” Globe said on Facebook.

The Ayala-led firm added that they can pay their bills ahead of time through GlobeOne, Globe At Home and GCash apps.

Meanwhile, for postpaid subscribers of PLDT Home, Smart and Sun, there will be a six-month installment payment program beginning May 1 after they initially extended the payment period until April 30, the end of Luzon-wide enhanced community quarantine.

“We hope that through this payment program, we will keep you connected whether you are at home, the office or elsewhere after the enhanced community quarantine period. As one community, we will get through these challenging times together,” said PLDT Chairman and CEO Manuel V. Pangilinan.
